Below is a quick suggestion list of at home fitness equipment you may want to purchase yourself or can possibly be rented from our studio bundled together (limited supply available) during the Covid-19 Quarantine.
Most of the equipment listed can be purchased on Amazon or Walmart/Target.com as well as other online retailers and shipped to your home. Purchasing some of the equipment below will bring more variety to your workouts and allow us to offer more class offerings and routines. If you are a personal training or online training client purchasing or renting equipment will also allow your trainer to create more comprehensive programs for you. Are goal is to keep you motivated and to make your workouts as effective as possible during this difficult time. All of the equipment listed below is just a suggestion and not required. All general online fitness classes on our Facebook Group page will continue to be formatted so that very limited equipment is necessary depending on total participant make up for each class. Modifications will also always be given. Links to some of the equipment will be provided below but you can choose any version of the product you would like as their will be less and more expensive items available depending on your search.

As always we are constantly seeking to find "Innovative" ways to encourage you to stay active and reach for your goals. With March Madness about to begin for the college basketball world, we decided to create our own version and don't want you to miss out on the month's long event!
This new challenge involves a bracket type format (printed out sheets will be available in the studio) with various exercises that can all be done in or outside the studio. Read below for more details...
The schedule is as follows:
March 1st -7th Week 1 – 16 exercises: 25 reps or 25 seconds
March 8th – 14th Week 2 – 8 exercises: 50 reps or 50 seconds
March 15th – 21st Week 3 – 4 exercises: 75 reps or 75 seconds
March 22nd – 28th Week 4 – 2 exercises: 100 reps or 100 seconds
March 29th-31st Finals – 1 exercise: 200 reps or 200 seconds

This policy only refers to registered classes such as Bounce and Combat Kick due to limited space. We hope you understand this policy as it ensures fellow members will be able to attend class whenever space is available.
