Length: 1/2 mile. Warm up route before a class or training session.
Time: 5-10 minutes
Directions: Starts directly from the studio. Cross street heading toward stop and shop. The route takes you behind liberty bank, next to stop and shop. It then loops you around to Massino Dr. back to Farmington Ave. There is a nice path next to a pond and into a small memorial park on the route.
