-1lb 99% lean ground turkey
-1/2 cup Gillian's Bread crumbs
-1 beaten egg
-1/4 cup Paleochef steak sauce
-1/3 cup Rao's Homemade marina sauce (or more steak sauce)
1-2 T Oregano
-4 cloves Garlic or 1-2 T powder
-1-2 T Onion powder
-1 T ground pepper
-Heat oven to 350°
-Put aluminum foil over a baking sheet and spread lightly with olive oil
-Combine all ingredients well.
-If too dry, add more steak sauce; if too wet, add breadcrumbs
-With some olive oil on your hands, roll even balls of meat.
-Bake for about 20 minutes (depending on size of meatballs, you may need to bake for a little longer)
-Serve with steak sauce or marinara. They taste great with veggies, pasta, or just on their own!
