Strong Challenge: 10 points
The Walking Wheel Plank. You must perform a walking plank using our ab wheel going forward on the turf and backwards down the turf. You will receive 10 pts for attempting the challenge and 10 pts for completing the challenge, for a possible 20 pts. A prize will be rewarded to the male and female with the fastest time. Must be viewed by Will or video taped and shown to Will. This can only be attempted one time.
Weak Challenge: 5 points
Perform a workout for 30+ minutes that you have never done before or one that you have not done in over a year. You must then take a picture or one minute max video of it and send to email@example.com or show Will. The person with the most creative and effective workout all in one will receive a prize! You can also count this as an activity 30 minute to 1 hour session on your activity tracker sheets!
This next challenge requires an entire team effort, as well as strategy. We call it the "Feats of Strength!" Each team member must do one of the activities below:
Each team must create a studio music playlist of 12 songs (You do not have to actually digitally make a playlist! Just write down the songs and artists, and what order to put them in). At least one song must be chosen from each team member. The goal is to create a play list that flows well enough to teach Will’s Monday-night Cardio Kickboxing class to or Saturday's Weekend Warrior class. This must be submitted by Friday the 28th. 5 pts will go to each winning team member for a total of 35 pts. The winning team will also receive a prize!
